Crime 

 

After being admitted as a Solicitor in 2009 Gary has represented clients in a wide range of criminal allegations.

 

He has vast experience in the Magistrates Court and after obtaining his Higher Rights of Audience in 2010 he has frequently appeared in Crown Courts and in the Court of Appeal.

 

Family Law

 

Gary receives instructions in all aspects of children work including public and private law cases.

 

Mental health 

 

During his practice as a solicitor Gary regularly represented clients detained under the Mental Health Act at mental health review tribunals and managers meetings. 

 

Gary welcomes instructions to represent clients at mental health tribunals.
